a decent stay

the location was excellent.. everything was within walking distance. there was a parking space next to the hotel. i also had a large, bright room. furthermore, there was a large balcony.
the beds felt a bit saggy and hollow. the corridors were dark and cluttered with things like a vacuum cleaner and a linen cart. the breakfast offered was the worst i have ever seen. i wouldn't go back to eat there.

the one bedroom suite felt spacious. the beds were comfortable i slept so soundly. the breakfast had takeaway sandwiches. i also grabbed a takeaway bag with water granola bar cookie and mint.
the carpet had a slightly older look nothing major though

staff was helpful they accommodated my request for an earlier check-in time that day. this helped with my daughter's competition preparations. i noticed a rich variety of food options were available for breakfast too.

The hotel location is quite good, near many restaurants. The Parliament buildings are within walking distance. I found the free breakfast to be a nice perk. The staff were polite .
The hotel seemed badly managed. There was little attention to aesthetics and detail. The reception area gave an impression of a hotel that had seen better days. Parking availability was an issue one evening. I had to park at city hall and walk.

I appreciated the spacious room, with convenient kitchen facilities and plenty of towels. The Dyson heating and cooling fans worked very well. I also liked the ironing board, iron, and steamer available for wrinkle-free clothes. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The parking was not good. I had to walk a long distance late at night to reach the hotel after parking elsewhere.
